A. Participant Requirements The following requirements apply to all teams participating in IEEEXtreme 20.0 at HTU. Student Status All team members must be currently enrolled university students. Minimum Attendance Teams must be physically present at the HTU host venue for a minimum of 10 hours during the competition. Opening Ceremony At least one team member must attend the opening ceremony (at 12:00 AM). Exception: Teams consisting entirely of female members are not required to attend the opening ceremony. However, all members of such teams must complete their registration/check-in at HTU by 8:00 AM. Team Attendance All registered team members must be physically present at the HTU host venue during the competition. Official Registration All team members must be officially registered for IEEEXtreme 20.0 through IEEE vTools. B. HTU Host-Level Award Eligibility The following requirements apply to teams competing for the HTU Host-Level Awards — 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place. Student Status All team members must be currently enrolled university students. Minimum Attendance Teams must be physically present at the HTU host venue for a minimum of 15 hours during the competition. Opening Ceremony All team members must attend the opening ceremony. Team Attendance All registered team members must be physically present at the HTU host venue during the competition. Official Registration All team members must be officially registered for IEEEXtreme 20.0 through IEEE vTools. Please note: Teams that do not meet all of the above Host-Level Award eligibility requirements may participate in IEEEXtreme 20.0 at HTU, but will not be eligible for the HTU Host-Level Awards (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place).
